This fun cocktail is incredibly easy to make and perfect for impressing your guests. A zingy, sour-sweet variation of the classic vodka martini. It’s visually pleasing and tastes delicious!
Make this zingy, fruit cocktail!
Ingredients:
50ml Vodka
20ml Cointreau
lemon peel to garnish
Esprala Calamansi & Lemon
Directions:
Run a slice of lemon around the rim of a martini glass, then dip the rim of the glass into some brown sugar to coat the rim. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, vodka & Cointreau and shake vigorously. Strain the shaker ingredients into the martini glass and top-up with Esprala Calamanis & Lemon fruit drink. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
