Plum & Ginger Whiskey Sour

A refreshing, sharp, all-year round drink with flavoursome plum and fresh ginger. Fruity & Tangy!

Make this sharp, tangy, whiskey cocktail

Ingredients:

2 Fresh Plums
60ml Bourbon Whiskey
15ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp Freshly grated ginger
Fresh Lemon for garnish
Esprala Fuji Apple & Plum

Plum Ginger Whiskey Sour made with Esprala Fuji Apple & Plum

Directions:

Pour whiskey, lemon juice, grated ginger and 1 pitted plum into a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add ice and shake well. Finally, add Esprala Fuji Apple & Plum fruit drink to a cocktail shaker, stir and strain over ice. Garnish with plum and lemon.
